The Swallow Kingdom

This is my first 2016 painting in my Urban Nature series. It comes from my observations of the Winslow area and a series of photos I took of the same wall that I often walk past when I visit Eagle Harbor, Bainbridge Island, WA. I took the photos over a period of about two or three years and combined them to create this mixed media painting
